The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for Hearthside Brookleigh (Age 62+) will open on Friday, May 17, 2024.
Additionally, the Waiting Lists for Veranda at Assembly (Age 55+)
are now open.
PRE-APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE ONLY.
Eligible individuals must apply by completing an ONLINE pre-application at dekalbhousing.org. during the open application period. For more information about HADC's Project-Based Program, link here.

A valid email address is required to complete the online pre-application process.

Applicants requiring reasonable accommodations because of a disability, language translation, or communication in an alternative format may call HADC Client Services at 404-270-2500 during the Waiting List Opening, Monday thru Thursday, between 8a.m. - 4p.m., and Friday, 8a.m. - 12p.m. Persons with hearing or speech disabilities using TDD or TTY technology may call Georgia Relay Services at 711 for assistance.
