PBV Waitlist for Columbia Senior Residences at Decatur East (Elderly 62+)
The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) will be opening the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for Columbia Senior Residences at Decatur East (Elderly 62+) on Friday, March 14, 2025.
Eligible individuals must apply by completing an ONLINE pre-application during the Waiting List open application period by clicking here.
PBV Waitlist for Candler Forrest Family Community Will Be Closing
The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) will be closing the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for Candler Forrest (Family) on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
Office Closure
All offices of the Housing Authority of DeKalb County will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025 in observance of the President's Day holiday.
Our offices will reopen for business as usual on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
VIRTUAL MEETINGS
All in-house meetings for the Housing Choice Voucher Program have been transferred to a virtual platform until further notice.
