As a recipient of federal funds, the Housing Authority of DeKalb County, (HADC) is aware of the federal government shutdown that took effect on October 1, 2025. At this time, HADC does not anticipate any immediate impact on the agency’s normal operations.

Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for Starnes Senior Residences (Elderly Age 62+) will open on Friday, December 5, 2025
PRE-APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLINE ONLY
Applicants requiring reasonable accommodations because of a disability, language translation, or communication in an alternative format may call HADC Client Services at 404-270-2500 during the Waiting List Opening between 8am-4pm Monday thru Thursday and 8am-12pm on Fridays. Persons with hearing or speech disabilities using TDD or TTY technology may call Georgia Relay Services at 711 for assistance.
